Delivery :
- the goods are sent in parcels by post, guaranteeing you a reception rate close to 99.9%.
- The delivery times, following validation of your order, are as follows:
- Chronopost 6 p.m.: delivery within 24 working hours
- Chronopost classic: delivery within 3 working days
For any order confirmed before 6 p.m., Monday to Thursday (excluding public holidays), the order will be sent the next morning within the limit of available stock.
These deadlines are provided for information only. Any overrun may not give rise to damages, withholding or cancellation of the order by the Buyer.
In any event, and in accordance with the provisions of Article L. 121-20-3 of the Consumer Code, the products ordered will be delivered within a maximum period of thirty days from the day following that on which the Buyer registered his order, subject to full payment of the price.
In the absence of delivery at the end of this period, the Buyer will have the possibility of canceling his order. The sums paid by the Buyer will then be returned to him without delay, to the exclusion of any other compensation.
Return of products:
In accordance with Article L. 121-20 of the Consumer Code, the Buyer has a period of seven clear days from the date of receipt, to return at his expense, the products ordered, for refund or exchange. .
